Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
